Wonderful Catering by The Food Dudes

The Food Dudes, personified by chef/owner Adrian Niman and guest chef Matt Blondin, catered an outstanding, standup dinner at a friend's.

Food Dudes smoked meats with crunchy mustard, pickled things, local cheeses from Woodstock and Picton, Ontario (smoked gouda, curry cheddar, wine barrel aged gruyere) with plum chutney, balsamic jam and truffled honey.

Falafel, dehydrated tomato, gremolata, tamarind jam and mint flavoured Greek style yogurt.

Smoked and brined chicken drumette, buffalo sauce, buttermilk powder and dill flavoured, smoked sour cream.

Jamaican beef patties with spicy chimichurri sauce and pepper relish.

Grilled pizza dough, cookstown tomato, basil puree, mozzarella, lemon dressed rocket and grana padano.

Duck confit perogies, topped with truffle crema and cajun tempura bits.

Wasabi and pea crusted albacore tuna, crispy calamari, bangkok slaw with peanut dressing and yuzu ponzu.

Korean steak taco, kimchi style slaw topped with cheese sauce and crispy vermicelli. 

Rack of lamb, perfectly cooked and juicy topped with pecan mint brittle, mustard sauce, and balsamic and mint flavoured caviar. 

This was quite a feast!
