The sandwich list above had a good range of very good sandwich possibilities, including porchetta with parmesan, salsa verde and grainy mustard; buttermilk fried chicken with roasted poblano slaw, chipotle honey and garlic aioli. Great sounding combinations of ingredients and flavours.
I had the charred portobello as I had just had lunch and then discovered this place.
Grilled portobello mushroom, eggplant, olive tapenade, sliced tomato, arugula and herb oil. I asked them to leave out the goat cheese, but that alternate version would be good too. The roll had a nice crispy crust. The sandwich was very satisfying.
