London, U.K. Restaurants: Ishbilia, Wilton's, Noura Knightsbridge

Ishbilia

This resto is the little more upscale Lebanese resto next door to Noura, below.

 Complements of the house, freshly baked pita and fresh veg.


Baby eggplants stuffed with walnuts , herbs and garlic, marinated in olive oil and lemon.


  Okra cooked with tomatoes, garlic, coriander and olive oil.


Moutabal, char-grilled eggplant with tahini and lemon juice topped with fresh pomegranate seeds, accompanied by olives.


Boiled fava beans and chick peas with tomatoes, garlic and parsley in a lemon and olive oil dressing.

 Wilton's

Oak smoked, line caught, new season wild Scottish salmon. Perfection! 


Grilled Dover sole, perfectly cooked on the bone.

Noura Knightsbridge

This branch is all about pre-prepared food and counter/table service.

 Babaganouj (char roasted eggplant puree with tahini and lemon).


Broiled artichoke hearts with pine nuts, lemon and olive oil. 


Felafel with pickled beets, peppers and tomato.


Broiled eggplant with tomato.


Stewed okra with garlic and onion.
