Opus Restaurant, Toronto

Besides being a very good resto for eating, Opus has one of the 3 finest and most comprehensive wine lists in Canada.

Spring pea potage with lobster, tortellini, olive oil and bay scallops. 

Beef tartar with fried oyster, sauce gribiche and fries. 

Guinea hen with wild shrimp, sliced truffle, potato sabayon, black garlic and asparagus.
