Boar Sandwiches

 The selection of sandwiches, sauces and toppings, all terrific possibilities!

Grilled chicken with lemon garlic aioli, arugula pesto, roasted red sweet peppers and caramelized onions. A very tasty sandwich. However, the sandwich bread was just good, not great. Could have used a hot press to toast the exterior and make it crunchy.

Sausage with tomato sauce and caramelized onions. Did not love the sausage as the grind was too fine, from my perspective and lacked flavour.
